Apple CEO Tim Cook says he owns crypto
At the DealBook online summit, Apple CEO Tim Cook said he personally owns cryptocurrencies and uses them to diversify his investment portfolio.

Cook noted that despite his interest in cryptocurrencies, Apple has no plans to invest in them in the near future. Nor does Apple intend to launch services related to digital assets or integrate them as a possible payment option for goods and services, he said.
Earlier in May, the tech corporation opened the position of a Business Development Manager to lead Alternative Payments Partnerships with five years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
