Uber tanks -7% as core business loses $509 million in Q2

At the close in New York, Dow lost 0.92%, while the S&P 500 fell 0.46% as job growth slows, and Nasdaq added 0.13%. Advanced Micro Devices Inc ($AMD) gained 5.50% to close at 118.75.

Uber shares tank -7% after Q2 driver costs offset ride-share recovery
Uber's gross bookings business could see a flat to little growth in current quarter.
